You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise it, you must inform us by a clear statement — for example a letter sent by post or an email — of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notification before the period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and the refund costs you nothing.

A Oryn plan is a digital service. If you asked us to start it before the withdrawal period ended and then withdraw, the right itself remains — but you owe us a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided up to the moment you told us. That amount is calculated against the full price of the agreed plan.

Oryn does not ask for that request at checkout. Your plan starts as soon as you have bought it, and if you withdraw within the fourteen days you owe nothing for the part already used.

A credit pack is digital content supplied in one go. Oryn does not ask you to give up your right of withdrawal when you buy one, so the fourteen days apply to credit packs in full.

Withdrawal is not the same thing as cancellation. Independently of the fourteen days, you can end a running plan for future billing periods at any time — see cancel a contract.
