A small world with real choices
RPGs grow fast. One town, one dungeon and a few people who remember what you did will hold up better than a continent nobody lives in.
Describe the world, the hero and what the player has to do. Oryn writes the design and builds a Godot 4 game with branching conversations, an inventory, its own art and a soundtrack. Oryn is an independent tool with no connection to the RPG Maker product line.

A new item should change what the player does next. Decide what gets stronger and what each reward unlocks before adding more of them.
Pick one combat style, then give each enemy a reason to change your plan. Four distinct enemies do more than twenty recolors.
Conversations with responses and conditions run on the MIT-licensed Dialogue Manager addon for Godot. You can read and edit the dialogue files in the exported project.
Fixed-slot backpacks, hotbars, equipment and chests, with stack limits, durability and crafting recipes stored in plain data files.
Oryn generates the pictures, sprites and textures your design calls for, and every new game gets its own soundtrack. A large free library from Kenney, KayKit, Quaternius, Poly Haven and ambientCG fills the rest.
Take the editable project as a .zip, or export Windows, macOS and Linux builds, a signed Android APK and AAB, an Xcode project for iOS, or Steam depots. Store accounts and uploads stay with you.
Write the setting, the main quest, how combat works and how long it should last. A short story with one goal gets a much tighter first build.
Oryn asks a few planning questions, then writes a game design document. Nothing is built until you approve it.
The first build takes about 30 minutes. Oryn writes the Godot project and a web build you can play right away.
Play in the browser, say what should change, and keep every version that works. Export whenever you like.

No. RPG Maker is a separate product from another company, and Oryn isn't affiliated with it. Oryn builds Godot projects and doesn't open or export RPG Maker files.
Describe the battle you want and it goes into the plan. Oryn has ready parts for top-down action combat and turn-based card games, while a classic party battle screen gets built for your game, so playtest it early and correct it in chat.
Start small: one area, one quest line, a few characters. Then add to it one change at a time, because you can tell what each request did and go back to any working version.
You can plan up to three games and build your first one for free. Changing it afterwards or building more games needs a paid plan.
The first build takes about 30 minutes. Some tools are faster: Tesana says its generation time now averages under 5 minutes, as of November 2026. Oryn spends the extra time on a full Godot project with its own art and soundtrack.
Yes, and you can release it wherever you like. Each game ships with a CREDITS.md listing the engine, the asset sources and what shipping requires. Read it first, because some generated assets need a commercial-use check.
