A jump that forgives
Coyote time, jump buffering and a faster fall are why good platformers feel fair. Ask for them by name, then play and adjust.
Describe your hero, your world and what makes the movement special. Oryn builds a side-view Godot 4 game with levels, enemies, pickups and checkpoints, plus its own sprites and soundtrack. Then you play it in the browser and say what feels wrong.

Introduce a mechanic where it's safe, test it where it matters, then combine it with what came before. Three tight levels beat ten that repeat.
Dying should cost seconds. Place checkpoints often and skip long animations between attempts, so the player tries again without thinking about it.
Running, jumping, ladders, enemies, pickups, doors, switches, checkpoints and goals come from a kit built for side-view games, so the build can spend its time on your level design.
The character runs and jumps on keyboard, gamepad and touch. On phones, landscape with large on-screen buttons works best, so say so if phones come first.
Oryn generates the pictures, sprites and textures your design calls for, and every new game gets its own soundtrack. A large free library from Kenney, KayKit, Quaternius, Poly Haven and ambientCG fills the rest.
Take the editable project as a .zip, or export Windows, macOS and Linux builds, a signed Android APK and AAB, an Xcode project for iOS, or Steam depots. Store accounts and uploads stay with you.
Write the hero, the special move, the theme and how many levels. Name the art style if you already know it, or pick it during planning.
Oryn asks a few planning questions, then writes a game design document. Nothing is built until you approve it.
The first build takes about 30 minutes. Oryn writes the Godot project and a web build you can play right away.
Play in the browser, say what should change, and keep every version that works. Export whenever you like.
| Tool | Where you work | What you get | Coding |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oryn | Browser, by chat | Godot 4 project and web build, first build in about 30 minutes | Not needed |
| Tesana | Browser, by chat | Three.js browser game, in under 5 minutes on average by its own figure | Not needed |
| GDevelop | Editor, web or desktop | Game in GDevelop's own engine, with a Platformer character behavior | Event sheets instead of code |
| Godot by hand | Godot editor | CharacterBody2D and TileMapLayer, the rest is yours to write | GDScript or C# |
As of November 2026, from each tool's own pages. Prices and features change.
You can plan up to three games and build your first one for free. Changing it afterwards or building more games needs a paid plan.
Yes, on a paid plan. Say what should change, such as a wider gap or one more enemy, or download the project and edit the scene in Godot yourself.
No. Oryn asks which art style you want during planning and generates sprites to match, whether that's pixel art, watercolor or something else you describe.
Yes. Games run in the phone's browser with touch controls. Precise timing is harder with a thumb, so use generous coyote time and fewer actions.
The first build takes about 30 minutes. Some tools are faster: Tesana says its generation time now averages under 5 minutes, as of November 2026. Oryn spends the extra time on a full Godot project with its own art and soundtrack.
No. You describe the game and the changes in plain words. If you do code, the exported project is ordinary Godot with readable scripts.
Yes, and you can release it wherever you like. Each game ships with a CREDITS.md listing the engine, the asset sources and what shipping requires. Read it first, because some generated assets need a commercial-use check.
