You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise it, you must inform us by a clear statement — for example a letter sent by post or an email — of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notification before the period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and the refund costs you nothing.

A Oryn plan is a digital service. If you asked us to start it before the withdrawal period ended and then withdraw, the right itself remains — but you owe us a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided up to the moment you told us. That amount is calculated against the full price of the agreed plan.

You are asked for that request expressly at checkout. If you do not give it, your plan starts once the fourteen days have passed.

A credit pack is digital content supplied in one go. Here the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun supplying it, provided you expressly requested that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You are asked for both at checkout, and we confirm them to you in text form.

Withdrawal is not the same thing as cancellation. Independently of the fourteen days, you can end a running plan for future billing periods at any time — see cancel a contract.
