How to play

1. Choose a case and equipment at the village gate
2. Enter the assigned location and find the active room
3. Use your equipment to gather evidence and record it in the journal
4. Avoid or survive hunts by keeping noise low, managing stamina and hiding
5. Identify the ghost in the journal and escape through the gate

How do I know which ghost I am dealing with?

Each ghost has three specific evidence types; as you record evidence the journal filters the possible ghosts.

What happens if a ghost catches me during a hunt?

The ghost kills you and the case ends, but your saved credits and unlocked items remain.

Can I retry a case after a wrong identification?

Yes, a wrong report fails the case but you can start the same case again without losing any saved progress.

Do I need all equipment to complete a case?

You must carry a flashlight and three equipment items, but you can swap unlocked items at the gate before each case.
